BalkanA retired general of the former empire, Balkan is a powerful warrior and strategist. Guarded by nature, the recent coup has caused him to become quite mistrustful, fearful that his former dutiesÑhighly recognized and decoratedÑmay now come back to haunt him. Hunted fugitive or not, Balkan has dedicated the last 2 decades to raising and training Mari. Honorable, stoic and straight forward, Balkan minces few words and has little time for antics.
