Mari

Though generous and kind in nature, Mari carries a drive, force of will and means to defend those she loves.

Having lost her memories after she and her family were beset by Abraxas in the Black Lake, she lay unconscious on its shores until Balkan found her and raised her as his own.

Recently, she has become hounded by an urge to regain her memories. Upon meeting Arashi, she sees an opportunity to do just that. Over the course of the epic, "The Record of Abraxas," she realizes freedom from these old memories, as she learns to create her own memories now, in the present.
